Vincenzo Aiosa, owner of Millennium Tre, came into my life over ten years ago when I was in need of a major renovation in my garden-level apartment. He brought not only excellent contracting and architectural skills to an extremely complex space, but also was very creative in his design ideas. We began in the kitchen/dining room area, where the entire space was totally gutted and redesigned and reconstructed by Vincenzo and his equally skillful associates. We then moved on to the living room/bedroom, hallway and bathroom, which were also gutted and then transformed into entirely new and exciting spaces. Vincenzo and his associates worked in an orderly fashion, completing each facet of the job on a timely basis. While there were design changes made as the project went along, Vincenzo was able to incorporate last-minute ideas smoothly and efficiently. While there were a number of other contractors who bid on the project, I found Vincenzo’s price estimates were fair and reasonable and generally accurate, and I never regretted choosing Millennium Tre for this job. In the intervening years, he has returned on several occasions, to update and upgrade a number of items in the apartment, and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the level of work.
